Indiana Tech women win 3rd in row | Local colleges | Journal Gazette - Fort Wayne Journal Gazette

No. 11 Indiana Tech put six players in double figures, led by DeAnn Kauffman's 14 points, and the Warriors (11-3) rolled to a third straight win, beating Trinity Christian College 98-49 in women's basketball at the Schaefer Center on Friday. 

Kauffman added eight rebounds to her line, and junior guard Alexis Hill chipped in 13 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Bishop Luers graduate Emma Wolfe helped the cause with 11 points and seven rebounds. Tech shot 59.2% from the field and hit 10 3-pointers.

Men

INDIANA TECH 73, IU EAST 68: At the Richmond Classic in Richmond,, the Warriors (7-7) won their fourth straight game behind a monster 15-point, 17-rebound performance from sophomore Josh Kline.

Senior Dilyn Good had 17 points to lead all scorers and added five rebounds. Cory McKinney and Mitch Morken had 13 points apiece for Tech.

ST. THOMAS 100, HUNTINGTON 94, OT: In Miami Gardens, Florida, Huntington North graduate Konner Platt had 27 points on 11-for-15 shooting in a losing effort. Caleb Middleworth added 21, and the Foresters (7-6) led by 14 at halftime, but they gave up 13 3-pointers.
